WILLS and TRUSTS (Estate Planning) : often billed at a flat fee, as agreed between the attorney and the client after the initial consultation.

PROBATE, FAMILY LAW, and GUARDIANSHIP/CONSERVATOR  matters are billed at the attorney's hourly rate after the first 45 minutes of the initial consultation.
